Originally from Dana Point, California, Breezy completed her apprenticeship in 1997. After finding out that shops did not hire female artists, Breezy opened Traditional Tattoo in San Luis Obispo in 1998 and Never Enough Tattoo in Atascadero in 2006. Having worked with every artist on the central coast, she ventured out to other states and countries to see more! Now back on the Central Coast after 10 years, I opened Velvet Kitty Tattoo Parlour in 2026. Specializing in all artforms… my favorites are traditional, neo traditional, bold lines and bold color hold the best . I love what I do and it’s an honor to put my art permanently on someone’s body!

I’m a tattoo artist specializing in both custom and pre-drawn designs. I’ve been drawing for as long as I could hold a crayon, and I continued to develop my craft through a formal tattoo apprenticeship. My goal is to create a comfortable, relaxed experience for every client while delivering thoughtful, high-quality tattoos.
I believe tattoos are a powerful form of self-expression—building confidence, telling personal stories, and allowing you to carry meaningful art with you for life. Whether you’re coming in with a clear vision or looking to collaborate on something custom, I’m dedicated to bringing your ideas to life in a welcoming environment.

I've been a local artist since I could walk, and fell in love with tattooing about 5 years ago. Growing up with learning disabilities and getting held back in school was hard, but hearing I was an artist is what always kept me going. My favorite part about tattooing is creating a good memory for that client to carry forever. I never want to just throw something on someone, I like to take my time with the design and give them a piece authentic to their unique self. I love careers where I can help others. As a tattoo artist I can do that by using care, empathy, and a listening ear. I love to do Neo-Traditional styles with color! I hope to meet new clients and friends along the way.

I started my apprenticeship around 2023 in Louisiana and finished it around April of 2026. Throughout it I found my love for intricate illustrative pieces and delicate linework. I've always loved cute and creepy things, and I love to involve either or both into my own designs. It's a privilege to give my clients permanent art and I hope to make it the best experience every time.

MELISSA
Melissa completed her piercing apprenticeship in 2001 at Pandoras Box Tattoo in Atascadero, CA. She loves working with people and helping them express themselves through body piercing, priding herself on making sure people receive a safe, clean & properly placed piercing with quality jewelry. She will ensure every client gets proper aftercare instructions verbally & written for an optimum healing experience and a stress-free piercing!
PELLA
I completed my apprenticeship with Velvet Kitty under Melissa and am continuing with my tattoo apprenticeship as well. I have always had a passion for oddities and body modifications and I'm always doing different art projects on my off time!
